Build a Better To-Do List

I’ve never heard someone say “I wish I had more tasks and projects to complete”. There are plenty of things to do! I’ve found a technique that helps tame the overwhelm and feel much more organized.

At its core, a to-do list should:

serve you well. It shouldn't be a never-ending list of things that make you feel guilty or overwhelmed!

guide you in the right direction and help you prioritize what is important as well as what brings your joy.

provide your navigation throughout your day as well as for accomplishing your larger, long-term goals.

I am such a strong believer in this technique because it has changed my productivity game as it helps me be intentional, efficient, and effective. I am excited to share it with you!
